The payment of the $500 deposit means that you wish to reserve this vehicle for purchase at the actual vehicle price plus any applicable government fees and charges.

You now have 48 hours to enter into a written purchase contract with John Hughes Group to document the sale of the vehicle, including providing us with a copy of your Driver’s License. The deposit can be used as a part payment on your new car. You must act within 48 hours of payment of the deposit or we can rescind the contract.

Should the 48 hour time period lapse or you choose not to proceed, the money will be refunded to you in full and the hold on the vehicle removed.

Importantly, please confirm the price, specifications and features of the actual car are purchasing with John Hughes, and not rely solely on online information.

Should you fail to enter into a written purchase contract with John Hughes Group within 48 hours of the payment of the deposit, we will rescind the contract and refund your online deposit back to you.

Our system won’t allow two people to place a deposit online at the same vehicle, however in rare instances a purchase may be happening in the dealership and is yet to be reflected online. In this case, your deposit will be refunded and our team will help you to find a similar vehicle.

You are only permitted to hold one vehicle at any given time. Should you reserve multiple vehicles, only the first deposit shall be valid and the remainder refunded with those vehicles available for other customers to reserve.
