Jules took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was very informative without ever making me feel pressured. I bought a used 2022 vehicle this week from John Hughes. My car sales man was Tam and he was absolutely delightful. He walked me through each process and kept me up to date with every step. i went through finance with Logan, he was extremely knowledgeable and he completed all the paperwork like it was a breeze. I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle id Rather buy a car at John Hughes and not have to worry about there being an issue with the car or paperwork 10/10!

Excellent service and really friendly especially our salesman Marshall Walker. After we purchased the car we mentioned we had a small issue and it was resolved quickly with no questions even got a loan car while our car got fixed. Would definatley use again and rrcommend to all.

We had an excellent experience with Paul Haddad at John Hughes Vic Park. From our very first interaction, he was fantastic to deal with. We came in a bit unsure of what we wanted and asked to see several different cars on the lot. Despite our indecision, Paul never made us feel like a burden or took us for granted. He treated us with the utmost respect throughout, and at no point did he feel pushy or like he was making promises just to close a sale. Having visited multiple dealerships, it's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer the way Paul does. He went above and beyond during the entire process, and we've now signed our contract for our new Kia Sportage with confidence. We're picking it up tomorrow, and based on everything so far, we have no doubt he'll continue to deliver the same great experience even after the sale is complete. Paul Haddad is a real asset to the John Hughes team. We hope he gets the recognition he deserves, he'd make an excellent team lead or mentor for other salespeople. Highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a car!
